comfortable
bought a bed that turned out to be too hard for me but it was non returnable. I bought a feather topper which I didn’t like so tried this one. it came shrink wrapped so I left it open a few days before using. Mine had no odor or dampness and did not “memorize” my body imprint and I’ve had it while now. It’s very cozy and I love it and would buy again!

Don't waste yout money!
We've had it for 9 months & it does not hold up & we are replacing it. It will not lay flat, & rises up with lumps through out the bed. It was a waste of money!

We're sorry to hear you aren't happy with that topper! Bedding is designed to be as soft and smooth as possible, so sometimes those toppers can slide a bit. Putting something like a rug pad or a yoga mat between the topper and the mattress can help increase friction to reduce that sliding. However, comfort preferences vary and we understand if it wasn't the best fit for you. We hope you are able to find something that works better for you.

Does not deserve time it takes to unwrap.
If there was a chose for '0 stars' that's what I'd have given it. I removed from packaging and laid it flat as directed. After eleven days, there were some spots where it had puffed up, but still fold creases and most edges as they were when I removed from packaging. It was a bulky pain to return.

We're sorry to hear you were not happy with that topper. Sometimes the foam can get "stuck" and it just needs some help. Keeping the topper in a warm room can help. You can also walk or crawl along the topper or massage the foam with your hands to help break up the air pockets in the foam as well. We hope you are able to find something that works better for you!

Rising
The pad was unpackaged and placed on top of my mattress for 24 hours and sadly only one 1/3 actually raised. Returning and quickly as it's a wast of money!

Horrible ODOR, not WORTH it!
The topper arrived vacuumed shrink wrapped, expected for shipping. Once opened, it had a very strong mildewed/nail polish remover odor, it felt cold and damp, and it was very flat with deep creases. It also was smaller than my king bed. I was very disappointed. The disclaimer that came with topper indicated the odor is normal and not hazardous and to allow the topper 48-72 hrs to fill out and air dry before use! The disclaimer also indicated the odor will disappear overtime with normal use. I waited 5 days before use and it filled out, creases gone, it dried out, but the odor was still there! My comfort level was not the best due to the smell. It's hard to enjoy something that smells! I would NEVER recommend or buy this product again! Not worth the overall experience especially for the price.

We're sorry to hear that smell hasn't dissipated. That smell typically goes away within a week, but occasionally it does last longer. A great way to air out this topper is to place it in a well ventilated room with a fan blowing on it. You could also try an odor-eliminating spray to help with that. Otherwise, we hope you are able to find something that works better for you!

Will be returning this item. Instructions state to unroll and lay flat 48hrs.before using. I laid item flat in well vented room for 3days and it never completely flattened out to put on bed..it looks horrible and would never put this on my bed. Will not let me upload photo for some reason.

Helped my bed feel more plush
I am satisfied with my topper purchase. It is a very 'squishy' memory foam texture. It will leave an outline of your hand if you press down, then spring back. Took a few hours to totally inflate. Fits great on my queen mattress!

It works as described. Have had it for about 3 months. My only complaint is it turned yellow for some reason.
