Very poor quality.

Did not last two months. Zipper broke with very little use over two months.

Beautiful backpack, poor quality

Main zipper broke after a month of use. Puff ball came off after a week. Disappointed, wish this lasted the entire school year, especially for the price. I've purchased backpacks cheaper and they've lasted.

Cute backpack, poor quality and craftsmanship.

One week into the school year, the poof fell off. After the first 3 weeks, one of the main compartment zippers broke. After 6 weeks in, the second main compartment zipper broke, making it useless. But my daughter loved the backpack. It's stylish, so I'll probably be ordering a replacement for it soon. Her Paw Patrol backpack from last year made it through the entire school year though. I'm really disappointed the quality on this one was so poor. I'll give one extra star just for the pretty pink sparkly unicorn beauty of it though!

Don't waste your money

Zipper broke after 2 weeks. Don't waste your money on this backpack. I looks cute but not good at all

Flimsy backpack

This is a cute backpack and my granddaughter loves it but the ripper isn’t very heavy duty. It so flimsy that seems to get stuck and on goes off the track.

Zipper broke

Zipper broke after 2 months. When you try to zip up backpack, it stays open. Very disappointed
