🔥Bag poor customer service!

This bag is 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I love it! I didn’t like the way my order was miss handled. Also the shipping process was horrible. I kept getting chat ending from the reps. But the bag is worth all that trouble. I didn’t realize how big it was.
