Sent either a used or display one..scratched band

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent what seemed to be either a used or a display one. Band scratches , no booklet and bezel not covered with protective as it’s supposed to with luxury watches. At least my 7k tag arrived that way. The watch itself is ok. Called and requested a replacement. Was told should be on the way. To find out that they did a return and refunded me…was told I need to reorder again. You also need to offer better selection like Saks fifth…
