Worst boots I ever bought

I wore these 3 times the heel split from sole see pic. Sent several emails to company no response phone voicemail full

Didn't even try them on BLAHHH

The laces are fixed very narrow on the boot and there's no like, gradual slope to the ankle, so what happens is it makes the boot look like a complete L shape from the side making the boot look absolutely enormously long lol it reminds me of Ronald McDonald clown shoes. I definitely do not recommend if you're like a size 8 or up. Maybe super small feet can get away with this horrible design flaw. I prefer my boots to be cute and kinda chunky looking and these just aint it unfortunately. Maybe I'm being extra, but if you get what I'm saying n are the type who doesn't like your feet looking narrow and long like a canoe, I'd pass on these. I got them cuz they were out of the Ugg Neumels and just, no. Not working. The search continues...
