The London Fog regent 17" commuter backpack is designed for all your travel needs. Shoulder strap is padded, lightweight and adjustable. The interior provides plenty of organization with multiple pockets and a padded compartment which fits a laptop up to 15". The exterior front zipper pocket allows for last minute items. Two exterior side pockets can be utilized for a water bottle or phone storage. While on the move there are two dual top carry handles or a convenient piggy back strap which slides over the tubes of a luggage handle.

Functional but not impressed

Purchased for a last minute work trip. The color of the luggage is very nice, inside very organized with plenty of space, exterior felt 'slim' but sturdy enough. My biggest complaints are with the wheels and handle - (1) wheels were not soft and ended up being very noisy depending on the surface (not a huge deal, but annoying), and (2) the extending handle was extremely cheap feeling and wiggled from side to side which often put luggage off balance. Hindsight, I should have invested in a nicer quality product/brand that I've used (Ex: BEIS) vs. London Fog's product...but in the end it served it's purpose in a pinch.

Luggage never delivered

Suitcase dimensions were not the same as described

I purchased this suitcase based on its size. Once I received the suitcase I found out it was not the same size as they described, it was almost 3 inches larger, not what I had been looking for. So I had to make a trip to Macy's to return it so I could get a refund. A complete waste of my time and efforts.

Extremely cheap, zippers do not zip smoothly. Inside zippers are not smooth zipping as well. Basic outside looks nice but is not strong to be thrown around as they do.

London Fog Luggage

I purchased this exquisite piece of luggage not only for the beauty but the material as well. I was very disappointed to see how it got all scratched up. This is clearly made more for auto travel vs airline travel.
