The London Fog Brentwood III 25" Expandable Spinner comes in a durable woven jacquard with a London Fog signature lining. There are 8 recessed spinner wheels with Control Track Self Aligning Technology. The trolley handle has aluminum channel tubes for added strength. There are three convenient top, side and bottom carry handles. The interior has a wet pocket, zippered mesh and accessory pocket, and elastic straps to keep your belongings organized. The spinner expands 2" for additional packing. 10-year limited warranty

This is my second time ordering, first order never arrived was delivered to the wrong address so never received 😭

Poor quality worse warranty cust svc RUN

Purchased four pieces in Brentwood III Navy Oct 2023. Had the handle rip off a 25" Navy Brentwood III (under 50 lbs) during second trip Sept 2024 as we started down the stairs in a train station in Tuscany. Disappointing, to say the least. Never had that happen even with cheaper luggage. Started warranty process when we got back October 2024. Took 4 months, multiple exchanges to get them to ship replacement, $44 for shipping. Replacement that arrived was Olive, not Navy. They said, no, they shipped Navy, and that is indeed what the invoice said, but the suitcase that arrived is Olive. Another month and a half to get a response regarding replacement for the replacement so we have a matching set for upcoming trip...they basically say we got the Olive elsewhere (???), we rcvd the Navy, and they are done. Worst customer svc and accusing us of lying. Really? Makes no sense. Just want our matching suitcase. I rarely write negative reviews. But here we are. Run.

Beautiful London Fog luggage

Luggage is very beautiful. Material is excellent quality. Very deep inside so can hold a lot of clothes. Will not use until April but I know it will work perfectly.

Bad bad bad

I returned two pieces of this luggage after it tipped over and seriously cut my leg as I boarded a cruise. My trip was ruined. The front expanded part is what makes it tip. Very bad design and co not responsive when I contacted them.

Stylish and sturdy!

Sturdy mid-size luggage--wheels spin nicely, zippers are smooth, handle telescopes easily & its durable walls checks all my must have boxes---plus, its pattern is different enough to easily locate on the pick-up carousel but is conservatively fashionable. Bigger than the standard under the airline seat so it'll have to be checked luggage but not so big you need to worry about being over weight limits when it's packed with typical items. Great size for packing needs for a week's trip.
