Why was I sent an untagged suitcase

I bought 5 suitcase in total on this style, 3 Under The Seat & 2 Carry on. 1 came with no tags. It is a Frustrating Experience – Repeatedly Receiving Defective or Poorly Packaged Items This company lacks of quality control. This time, I received a suitcase with no tags, no protective packaging, and no indication that it was new. It looked like a return or a used item. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time — I’ve received defective or questionable items from this seller. For a company selling supposedly “new” products, this is completely unacceptable. They seriously need to step up their inspection and packaging standards

Was looking for an under seat bag and found the perfect one. Nice looking, great quality and features (cell phone charging capability, tablet holder and internal pouches), at a reasonable price.

Great under seat travel bag

I think it will be a great addition to our travel luggage. I looked at 2-wheel options but feel the 4-wheel best suits our needs. I won't know for certain until we actually take it on a trip but the construction seems solid and rolls smoothly even over carpet.

Missing part

it looks lovely but came without a charging bank inside. And i can’t find a phone number or contact email or chat option to ask about this. I might have a better rating if I could even get information as to whether it’s supposed to come with it (my understanding is that it should) or wether I can get the part or if I have to return the whole thing and wait for another one
