Purchased for my granddaughter, 6 years old. The instructions are missing critical steps and I am very concerned as to what the “crystals” consist of. Very sticky, gooey substance.

Unsure if this is safe for skin contact
This kit involves dissolving a chemical compound into water to create a dress. The instructions do not instruct to use hand protection. My daughter and I both took on this project with the instructions and both have a slimey residue on our hands that does not seem to wash off and are both experiencing irritation on our hands! Warning label says that if it irritates your skin then to “discontinue use” (but you have to find out the hard way.) Should be part of the instructions to use gloves. The label should also at least list the ingredients of the compound so we could figure out how to get it off our skin or treat the interaction! Not a very fun experience!

Fun but confusing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was so excited to open this! It unpacked well even with the multiple little pieces. All was going smooth until it come to the directions on mixing the packets that became unclear. We both finally gave up and played with the toy itself. We never got around to making the cup skirt, sadly. Fun toy but the directions need to be a bit clearer!

So cute!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so fun and easy to do! It’s slightly messy and the texture of the dress itself comes out a little sticky but after a day or 2, everything is dried to perfection. Was such a fun activity to do with my kiddo!

My daughter's Christmas gift
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for free from influenster to test and leave my honest review. It was a second surprise Christmas gift for my daughter, she was thrilled and she added it to her Doll house collection. It says mix and match so you add 3 colors in the Bundt and add water then it will be ready, next decorate it with some sparkle. Then dress the Doll.

Fun to make
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really cute and my daughter had fun making her skirt. She went overboard with the confetti but over all she loves LOLs. I just wish the confetti was within.

Cute Project, but Hard to Follow Instructions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was super excited about this princess project. It’s really cute that this all comes packaged in a little ball with all the pieces individually wrapped to keep finding new surprises as you open. This project was quite a messy toy. The mixture once wet was very, very sticky, and seemed somewhat toxic. When I told my daughter that it was “cake”, she was super disappointed that she couldn’t actually eat it. The instructions were fairly vague with mostly just pictures the whole time, and all of the pieces were really small and potential, choking hazards for young ages. it ended up being a very cute and result, but I don’t think I would want to do it with my daughter again. I do like that there are many different princess options, it’s exciting to figure out which one you get.
