First introduced in the 1950s, the Fluted Cake Pan was in the Lodge line for over 40 years. It was a customer favorite at holidays and celebrations of every kind. We've decided to bring back this historic pan with a few enhancements for the modern-day baker.

    • Wash cast iron by hand with a nylon bristle scrub brush. If needed, use a pan scraper for stuck on bits. Dry promptly with lint-free cloth or paper towel. Rub with a very light layer of cooking oil or Seasoning Spray, preferably while it is still warm.

Very disappointed

I was really looking forward to this and am very disappointed. It is a beautiful pan but the one I received has a very significant pebbling on the interior. If it were a skillet I would just work around it, but for a bundt pan, this flaw makes it unusable. I'm very disappointed that this would pass quality control at Lodge. Since this shipped directly from the manufacturer I am now left with the burden of figuring out how to return it. I am seriously reconsidering purchasing further products from Lodge online.
