Ripped when putting onto mattress

I washed this before putting onto my mattress. Two people tried to put it onto a queen size mattress at the same time. It started to rip apart. I thought that I would keep it. When I zipped it up the zipper pull came off. At that point I decided to return it. As I couldn’t get the zipper pull back onto the zipper I had to cut the cover in order to remove it from my mattress. Frustrating.

Repeat Purchase

Smooth and not noisy! Great fit for 12 inch mattress. I have bought these for previous beds, and they held up. Recommend asking a friend to help with installation. I cover both mattress and box spring.

Noisy

The one that I got is different from the one in the image. The scratchy noise it makes on the mattress with each movement will sure prevent you from sleeping all night long, even with the use of thick bed sheet above it. Returned it.

Defective product

Zipper was ripped straight out of the bag. Not worth it for the price.

Good protector

It is noisy when I lay down so I use a thicker blanket to cover the bed so that way I can't hear/feel the cover. It fits perfect on my 14" mattress.

buyer will need help.

zippers are not user friendly for one person to manage. The mattress cover is now useless for me.

We're sorry to hear that the zipper on this encasement was not user-friendly for one person.

This encasement is designed to slip on the mattress like a sock and then zip up around it. While one person can put it on, it can be quite difficult if the mattress is larger. For the easiest installation experience, we recommend getting a family member, friend, or neighbor to help you.

We do offer mattress protectors that fit on the mattress like a fitted sheet and one of these should be easier for you to put on by yourself if you are interested.
