False advertisement

Nice fit on the bed but it doesn't keep up with what is being sold. Liquid fell on my bed and it went through the layer of mattress protector. My mattress still got wet. This product does not satisfy me and I would not recommend it.

This is very nice for the bed.. easy to put on or take off paid to much for the mattress to have it ruined and there is no plastic feel either love it

Wish I could return

I bought this sheet protector for my elderly mother a couple of months ago. Today she had her first bed wetting accident, and she was soaked. I felt terrible! I got her back to bed after changing her bedding. She slept a little longer and when I helped her get out of bed she was soaked! Her memory foam topper is ruined and that will need to be replaced too. I'm confused by the description, I thought I bought a cover that would protect her. I wish I had the packaging so I could return it. A complete waste of money.

Lo peor que puedes comprar...

not good, too smooth, in the morning you wake up like an onion, with a bare mattress and all the bedding on top of you ... I made a bad purchase

Sleep well

Awesome. I love the text and quality of this mattress cover. Doesn't move or come off bed.

Very small

This mattress cover is not very deep- it barely fit around my 14.75 inch mattress. If you move in your sleep you will wake up to it bunched up and sliding out of place. Purchased this during the pandemic so I could avoid visiting the store in person. Would return except I don’t want to deal with the added exposure risk of going in person to buy another one. Save yourself and buy a different product.

As advertised, this protector is designed to fit on mattresses up to 14-inches deep. Since your mattress is thicker than this, the protector is being overstretched and does not fit as well.

Keeps coming off the mattress when you lay down

Maybe it is because my king size mattress is to thick (it does not have a pillow top) but the sheet itself constantly pulls off and because my fitted sheet is on top it pulls that off as well. I am constantly pulling both the mattress protector and my sheet back down over my mattress. It's very frustrating.

Can you tell us how thick your mattress is? This protector is designed to fit on mattresses up to 14-inches thick, but it will have trouble staying on the mattress if yours is thicker than this.

We do offer other protectors and one of these may have the deeper pockets that you need. If you are interested in trying a different protector, then we would love to provide some recommendations.
