Beautiful Dress but too big for Petite frame

I wanted to keep this dress so bad! I loved the dress but it was loose overall especially in the boob area. For reference, I am 5'2, 106 lbs 34B.

Runs small

I ordered Large, which is my usual size, but couldn't get this over my head. It's pretty and made of soft cotton material I just don't think it would survive one time in the washing machine.
