Could be good

I wanted to love this but I can’t. I ended up returning it after 2 weeks. It may be amazing if you use attachments which is something I do not. I flip my hair upside down and blow it out. I do use heat protectant. This dryer made my hair turn into straw, and knotted it up so bad I had to cut it. Unfortunately not for me.

Worst product and customer service

Don’t buy this. I’ve had a Dyson hair dryer for years, and when it was time for a new one, I decided to get this. But I was very disappointed—there were a lot of scratches, and the buttons are very hard to press. I requested a replacement, but customer service never got back to me. Is it because I bought it from Macy’s that I can’t even get a replacement?
