Worst rider

We had to return the first rider due to faulty parts. We took a chance and re purchased another one and it was worst. The instructions aren't clear enough so it took a while to put together. The battery turned out to be faulty so now we have to buy a new battery. Our daughter was disappointed that she couldn't ride it after waiting so long. We will never buy from this manufacturer.
