Not as pictured

I ordered the Like Dreams Poppy Bow Tie in Mauve. I received the item and it's labeled "Crossi" in small gold print on the back of the purse as well as the hanging tag. It does not have the pocket spaces like the picture. I am disappointed and returning. What is Crossi?
