Poor quality

Quality is not good. Straps are not durable and I only wore it twice.

Beware

Only buy if you are sure you will keep it. Returned using the provided UPS label and the company has moved without any new address and box is returned to me. Now, I'm hoping I can return to the Macy store.

*** scam alert***

I never received my package. I went onto the app and tracked it. I live in Pennsylvania and the tracking shows it was delivered by UPS to a man named Jesus in Santa Ana California. I know no one in Santa Ana and I never authorized Macys to deliver my package to anywhere other than my own address. I called Macys customer service three times and was on the phone for over an hour. They did nothing but give me the runaround. They even gave me their customer service number which I realized later was the same number I called. They also gave me another number for fraud which is only for the credit card. ? You cannot speak with anyone who speaks English and all they do is say “let me just check here on my end” over and over and over this is the most ridiculous service I have ever received EVER. The shipping, the calls to customerservice. I am DONE WITH MACYS. There is a SCAM GOING ON WITH THEIR DISTRIBUTION. 2 pairs of gold earrings were badly damaged recently too. Reviews of them concurred.
