Design Flaw in Strap Placement

I was really excited about these pumps because they look so stylish, but the design is flawed. The top strap is stretchy, while the heel/back strap is not—and unfortunately, the back strap is also extremely loose. It slides off my foot almost immediately, which makes the shoes practically unwearable. Honestly, they should have made the heel strap stretchy instead for a more secure fit. Really disappointed with this detail.

Dressy and Comfortable

Cute and comfy!

Just as cute on the foot as in the photos on the website! They are also remarkably comfortable. I wore them all day at work and walked around quite a bit -- they didn't rub at all and cushioned the soles of my feet very well. I will consider buying in other colors.

So comfortable for my job.

I just bought this shoe in 3 colors! Love them. I’m wondering if I need to spray the brown pair with protectant because they look to be a suede-like fabric.

May I inquire why you bought a wide if you have a narrow heel low volume foot? I have the same and usually find shoes too loose but I don’t like my toes and bunion squished. Did the wide help with that? Thank you.
