Unexpected problem with zipper

The boot was very nice except there is a Bad zipper on one boot. I would like to exchange if possible however I am looking for the receipt and can’t find it.

Runs Small, My size is 9 and that's the size I ordered, when they came in. I couldn't fit my foot in had to return them. They were cute booties

Comfortable, fashionable, functional, affordable

This is my second pair of these. I love the look, the feel, and the functionality. Being a detective I need functional but fashionable dress shoes. Finding closed toe, closed heel, shoes is hard enough then for them to be functional and fashionable is an impossible find until I found these! Absolutely love them.
