The future of scented candles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend’s mother passed away in September of last year. She LOVED scented candles and melts! What a wonderful way to honor her. The candle is gorgeous and smells wonderful. I love the unique feature of “blowing out” the wick. I would 100% buy this candle not only for myself, but for others also! No worry if the candle’s on the table near my klutzy dog. Great product!

Gives you the cozy feel of a candle!

Lifelines Flameless Candle Diffuser - Innovative design but ClickWick component misses the mark

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lifelines Flameless Candle Diffuser itself seems to be of great quality including the charging cable and block that comes with it. It has a beautiful frosted matte finish and has a nice feel. All the components of the diffuser seem to be well made and designed with care. The Lifelines diffuser is easy to set up the first time and easy to use. There are two ways to turn off the “flame” by either blowing it out or my preference, as I show in the video, by placing the lid back on the top. The mist that is emitted can be adjusted to low or high settings depending on how much scent you’d like dispersed. Unlike other diffusers that require water and regular cleaning, this one doesn’t. It uses a ClickWick essential oil blend cartridge that is said to have sustainably sourced ingredients, without harmful chemicals and safe. The listed ingredients were 100% essential oils and natural fragrances. I received the “In Bloom” scent -Jasmine and Geranium- for this review and the ClickWick scent cartridge is the reason I am only giving the Lifelines Diffuser 4 stars. Maybe someone who really enjoys floral scents would like this but I found it to be overwhelmingly floral without any depth. If a more woody or even citrus note was detectable in the scent, I think it would have been much more pleasant. It is such a strong floral scent, it borders on nauseating for me personally. From a quick search I found at least 4 other ClickWick scents available that sound much more pleasing than the floral bomb that In Bloom was. I do wish this device had an option to refill the cartridges but they seem to be single use. Although each cartridge is said to last up to 200 hours, probably on the low setting, replacing them each time is not great for sustainability and that seems to be one of Lifelines’ selling points on many items. If the company made a refillable cartridge, then I would definitely purchase it as I do like the features of the waterless diffuser and the nice glow from the LED candle light. Overall, the Lifelines Flameless Candle Diffuser is a well made product with a thoughtful design. I do wish the floral scent was more balanced and a refillable ClickWick cartridge was made to reduce waste. This could be a 5 star product with a few minor adjustments.
