[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG Tone has good sound, but the redesign is a mess. Instead of previously having 6 buttons split between both sides of the headset they reconfigured it to be 3 buttons on one side that are supposed to work as well as the previous design. Unfortunately combining uses for the same buttons means that multiple functions do NOT work well at all, & you have to adjust things manually on the phone itself.

That are not good!!!
Not a fan anymore. I’ve had three LG headset all did the same thing. Would charge but not power on. I have had this current pair Tone-NP3C less than a year and have used them at most 6 times and won’t work. I’m done with LG headphones!!!

Yes, good headphones for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones exceeded my expectations the batteries are great. the sound quality is great. I only give it four stars because it will randomly disconnect from Bluetooth. I turned them off and turn it back on and it connect instantly. I’ve had these for a year and I use them probably 90 to 100 hours a week.

Speakers doesn't last long
Great headphones, but breaks within 2 to 3 months. 2nd pair I've received still have the same problem. Speakers starts going until it's completely muted.

Great for office call with 20hrs battery

Missing something
