It broke in less than 1 year after purchase and LG can’t get the parts to fix it in a timely manner. Very frustrated with LG considering I’ve only bought LG products in the past. But they’ve all broke.

Couldn't Ask for a Better TV

Don't buy disply model from Best Buy
Nice TV. Was purchased as an open box display model from Best Buy. No manual, was left in store mode that would not allow me to change any display settings and have them stick. Remote was not properly pared with the tv. Took about 2 weeks to get everything working. Was very frustrating first two weeks. Because it was a display model neither best buy nor LG gave a hoot about having a satisfied customer when I called for tech support. Almost returned the thing to Best Buy for a full refund. Found a person's blog describing a fix for both issues I was seeing. Still took my wife another week to loose the feelings she had toward the tv after she had a huge case of buyers remorse.

Very slow and low internal memory.
This model is very slow opening applications and moving between different smart apps. Its internal memory is very small, it is full without installing any extra apps. I am so disappointed with this model.
