Beautiful quilt! Soft and well made. Washes well. The perfect shade of purple. Wish Macy's would get the red and purple quilts back in stock in queen size. I bought the twin on sale to use as an oversized throw blanket. Love it! Levtex stitch designs are original and add a luxury vintage vibe.

This beautiful velvet bed covering is a true quilt, meaning, there is real stitching present, with thread sewn through both sides, with a light layer of poly quilting material in between both sides. Although, I was really looking for and desiring a quilt or bedspread in a deeper purple color (like "eggplant"), this is very true to the plum purple color as described in the website listing, as well as the depicted photos. So, I guess I'll keep it because it's so nice, otherwise. I have a California king-sized mattress, and this king size quilt fits really well. The price was great, also, as I believe it was on sale or clearance. The weight is perfect, as I pair it with a light blanket for the winter, but when summer arrives, it will work well on it's own, I'm assuming. I was very lucky to find the king pillow shams on another retailers website ( K--l's, although I paid too much for them, I'm sure ) and the standard shams I found online (A----n) for a much more reasonable price, but they're probably gone now, as there weren't many left as of early-January.

Wow! Gorgeous bedspread and shams for a killer price! Super soft to the touch, deep plum color. I opened the UPS box and ran right to my computer to order king shams, if they had them, which they didn't unfortuately. I've wanted a purple velvet bedspread for as long as I can remember and m dream has come true at an affordable price! I might even buy the rust color. I do wish it came in other colors because I would buy them all!

Too small for my queen size size bed. I always order King size so it flows to the floor and not using a bed skirt. Very disappointing
