Suction only works on Level 2

It is Okay yet not the best Cordless Vacuum. I let it fully charge for about 6 to 8 hours but did not use it until the next day. Instructions state that it runs 40 minutes on Level 1 suction and 20 minutes on Level 2 suction. There is no suction at all on Level 1, yet Level 2 suction works perfectly. I cannot vacuum my entire apartment in 20 minutes since I am a 70 yr old lady with arthritis. I am keeping it anyway so in case of a power failure, I will have something to vacuum high travelled areas w/Level 2.

Disappointed-Hope Manufacturer Does Right Thing

Refused to work within two uses. Fully charged, continues to shut off. Purchased for elderly mom. Going to see what my options with the company are. It is a beautiful vacuum and did seem to run nicely when turned on. Disappointed.

Stopped working

I was only able to use it once, after that, it wouldn't suction.
