Good humidifier

So far so good. It is working well and very easy to keep clean (first that I have had that is so). I have a separate humidistat in the room and it is definitely increasing the level.

Great humidifier for winter!

The humidifier is pretty small in size but it definitely helps maintain the humidity in the dry winter air. I like that it displays the current reading and the humidity level desired. I also like that it is easy to fill and has an automatic shut-off. It makes a bit of a gurgle sound periodically, but nothing too loud or disturbing.

Customer complaint

It got three stars not because their was a problem with the 2 units I bought separately 2 weeks apart but your off shore customer service that lied to me. 1st cost 86.43 after coupons were applied 2nd two weeks later cost 108.04. In that case coupons were supposed to be applied but the web site had an issue and lost my coupons that were to be applied. Called you off shore customer service who said they would give me the same price as the first unit after I explained to them what happened. The 1st person said they would apply the discount after i received the 2nd unit. That did not happen. So I called again to discuss it with your offshore customer service. They told me the first person i talked to was wrong and I would be getting the discount on the 2nd unit. So I found out i can't trust the word of Macy's customer service so I won't buy anything there any more and will convey what happened to me to others.
