Confirmed runs small
I can’t even cross my arms in this jacket, perhaps two sizes smaller than I usually wear. It hits me at the waist, not hip per description, and I’m 5 7, and it’s heavy, not versatile weight, again per description. If the intention is to bring back the 90’s, then there must be always some modern adjustments. This is not it.
