Perfect stylish jacket

The worst customer service

I can't event review this jacket as I never received the item. I reach out to them via chat after a received a product delivered email to let them know I never got it. The person wrote that it will be delivered in 5 days after that delivered email. I waited and reached out to chat again. The person from the second chat asked if I wanted it reshipped and it would be expedited. I never got it so I reached out a this time and that person said I'm getting a refund as they don't have the option to reship. I was never informed that and so I'm really disappointed in the inconsistency in response.

Great except for shiny buttons

I ordered this jacket because the size small one that I've had for years is now too snug. This new small fits a little generously, but I'm good with that. My only complaint is that the buttons on it are very shiny. They look the same as the buttons on my old jacket, but they are so bright!! I would exchange the buttons, but that is a difficult process for the rivet buttons that come on the jackets.
