Men's Type II Relaxed-Fit Denim Trucker Jacket
Product details
Web ID: 21673648Solid choice
Overall a very solid type 3 jacket. My chest is 44in and the large is perfect. Length is good. The consistency of the stitching is on par with other Levi jackets. Copper, or brass rivets would be nice.

Nice jacket
Great quality jacket! The fit was the hardest part to figure out but thanks to the other reviewers I was able to make an good estimate. I'm 5'8.5", 170 lbs, 38" chest, 33" waist. The size Small fits perfectly on the sleeves with a roomy relaxed body. Good cropped fit that sits at the waist.

Levi’s jacket
Good product but it is one size bigger than Levi’s sizing chart

Great jacket, denim is very thin/lightweight
I really love the fit of this. Its the same fit as the Type 1 jackets and the sunrise trucker jackets. The type I jacket in a dark wash uses a great slubby denim and is heavier. This would be amazing if it was much heavier weight denim. Its more fashion than function

Beware: Misleading Selvedge Labeling
I’ve been a loyal Levi’s fan for years, especially drawn to their heritage denim and classic styling. So when I saw a Levi’s jacket advertised with selvedge details, I didn’t hesitate to buy—expecting the same premium construction and authenticity that usually comes with true selvedge denim. Unfortunately, this piece turned out to be a letdown. Let’s be clear: this jacket is not made of full selvedge denim. It only features a small strip of selvedge tape—likely at the cuff or inner hem—for visual flair. The pocket lining, which is typically where authentic selvedge shows its signature edge (usually a finished white strip with red or blue), is completely standard. No selvedge in sight there. Levi’s seems to be cutting corners by adding minor selvedge-inspired accents and labeling or marketing them in ways that suggest full selvedge construction. This is misleading, especially for longtime denim heads who know what real selvedge means. When I see “selvedge” on a product description, I expect the garment to be constructed from selvedge-woven denim throughout, not just a cosmetic touch stitched in for show. If you’re a collector, denim enthusiast, or someone buying for quality and construction—double-check what you’re actually getting. This isn’t the standard Levi’s used to set, and it’s disappointing to see such a legacy brand compromise its authenticity like this.
