I ordered white and after 9 days of absolutely no updates or communications on deliver date and 2 calls to customer service and reps telling me absolutely nothing to help, then you send me cream color hat not the white I ordered at all. it's more tan . I needed white. I've had this happen b4 where you lie about the color you send. website said white. I would of never ordered this cream color. stop mis representing your items. very unhappy with your service and products lately.
