Sent wrong and used product

I ordered a 2XL and they sent me an XL with a 2XL tag. Also has some kind of Purple residue on it so it's obviously used and probably previously returned.

Winter Jacket

Great Jacket!

I bought as a gift for my son. He loves it. It is very soft and warm. It got less stiff after washing. Looks like a much more expensive coat than price. I bought the large and it fits true to size and has enough room for layering. I would suggest sizing up if you are in between sizes.

The other guy is wrong the color is charcoal!!!!

Amazing style and fit, cannot go wrong for fake fur!! Highly recommend!!!!! That other guy is wrong about the color, it is not black only the fur. The jacket is charcoal!! Dude must be color blind.
