I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

My order was CANCELED 4 times in a row!!! With each time having the representative, tell me that it was for verification purposes!! Not paused, CANCELLED!! My first order was almost $1000. I was told that if I wanted to place the order again I needed to replace it and then I could wait for my original thousand dollars to be refunded to me in a week. That’s their verification process. Four times in a row I’m still waiting for $2000 to be returned to me. Customer service is outsourced to the Philippines. You never reach anybody from the US.! It’s a shame too because I really like the products at Macy’s and I purchase all of my Christmas gifts from Macy’s. I will never buy anything from Macy’s again because Of my most recent experience
