What is Really Wrong

I ordered these jeans and NEVER received them. The tracking says the jeans are on the way. I placed the order 11/27/24 and as of 12/14 still on its way. Called customer service they re-ordered but I still have not received anything (email) that says the jeans have been ordered again. 🙄

Button Fly when I wanted zipper.

The product is extremely comfortable, and the five stars are specifically for that. However, I need to mention that I was VERY unhappy with the fact that it has a button fly. Now, I'm sure the website said this somewhere and I did not notice. However, this cannot be a high percentage(?) and maybe you can make it clearer for the user to avoid customers getting into this situation.
