Belt is fine, Macy's order processing not so much

Belt may be ok. waiting to use with regularity. But the overall order from Macy's a different story. After looking at sale options for a winter coat online, I chose to go with Macy's. After a week of waiting, Macy's simply cancelled the order, saying they don't have it after all. Now I've No coat and no more sales to help me get a quality one. If it comes down to two store options I won't make the decision to go with Macy's again.
