UPS for Shipping is Terrible!

Due to Macy's use UPS for shipping we will stop ordering from them. They sent my package UPS and it was delivered to another address

Just wanting for my money.

Same as the last one I have not received my money, from an order that I canceled 4 days ago, and I cancelled within minutes maybe second's but I still never got my money back, why, I don't understand this problem at all, please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 return my money, thank you

Item not received

Order the boots for delivery, first package says was delivered, never received and tracking does. It won’t, contacted customer service and had it redelivered 2nd order says delivered item not delivered tracking still does not work. Button line please contract with a better delivery service door dash is not the one looks like they took my order not once but both pairs of shoes. So now I know to find another paid for my son for Christmas.

I’m usually 9.5 but the 9 fit me perfectly they’re really spacious and they’re larger than they look.
