I grew up up wearing Levis 501 till I was well into my adulthood. Now I purchase 511 slims for my grandson. The quality is still great!

I'll be honest...

I'll be honest these were better than I expected. Last few pairs I've bought have too much elastene or similar "green" rubbish. These are 1% elastene 99% cotton which is ok. The fit has changed over the years though. They are more roomy than they used to be. But seeing as so am I then that works for me!
