Lousy, Lousy, Lousy service.

My purchase was sent to a locker somewhere. No address for the locker and not to my home. I called and the Macy's rep was glad to send another order which was supposed to be speedy delivery. Five days later I still have not received the order. Not a good look for Macy's!
