one was broken

I read in the reviews that many people received the set with one broken glass so I had my set delivered to my local Macys store figuring I could check before I brought them home. Sure enough one was broken!! huh? So caution when ordering. And they appeared to be packed well in a huge box with lots of bubble wrap. Is the manufacturer purposely putting in a broken one? Weird. Ordered the same set from Lenox online. See if I get the same result.

good quality glasses but poor shipping

The glasses seem solid and have a good stem to hold. They are very basic, clear glass. The cup is deep rather than wide so might be less prone to spills. Unfortunately one out of the six glasses arrived in pieces. I didn't think it was worth the hassle to send them all back. I really only needed 4.
