Nice glasses, but they use to weight more before.

Not the Lenox that we used to know….

I ordered two boxes. One was delivered totally shattered, not one glass in tact. The second box was fine and after washing them one time, the glass broke in the dishwasher. They are very thin and definitely not the quality of Lenox from yesteryear. I returned everything.

Returned shipment of damaged Waterford glasses at Cherry Valley Mall, Rockford illinois I wanted the same replacement, but store didn't have them. Disappointed! Settled for Lenx!

Poor Shipping Service

I can’t review the product as it hasn’t been delivered. I ordered on Dec 2 and still not here on Dec 13. It has traveled the entire east coast from FL to NY and I’m in VA. Seems very inefficient.
