Other occasion to buy:These are nice, plain, attractive soup bowls. They have a subtle weave design. Too bad one came broken! I hope the return process is easy.

Broken

Love these bowls, but several were broken from very poor packaging when shipped. I’ve revived multiple broken items from Macy’s shipping, it doesn’t take much effort to secure breakables in a correctly sized box with packing material….

BROKEN

Ordered this set from my son’s wedding registry and the package arrived with a broken bowl. Poor packaging job and careless delivery resulted in a furious customer. Is it too much to ask for a little more effort in the way you package your merchandise considering the other two reviews had the same experience? This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Macy’s will be hearing from me. I will not be waisting time returning this. I’ll just shop elsewhere.

Other occasion to buy:White Tuscany bowls

Nice size bowels.

When my pkg arrived one of the bowels was broken.I like the 5 I received. My store in Seattle said I would have to mail back all six and they did not carry the brand to replace the broken bowl.

Broken bowls

The box of bowls were poorly packed by Macy’s, which resulted in broken bowls. It appears that the packer placed the Lenox box in a box twice the size needed, and threw in a piece of bubble wrap 12” x12”, not sufficient to keep the inside box from tumbling around. I’m not surprised by this. Clothes I have ordered are wadded up and placed in a bag that’s too small.
