Broken
Terrible shipping package. They arrived broken and Macys has a terrible customer service, I could get in touch with them until it was too late to return them.

cracked bowel
The product is very disappointing. I have put my trust in maceys and now these third-party sellers have tarnished maceys reputation. would not recommend.

Perfect white porcelain bowls
I bought these to replace a broken white porcelain bowl I had. I measured the one I had left and looked at all bowls on Macys website. I wanted a more shallow than tall —- they arrived yesterday—- and my new Lenox white porcelain bowls are perfect!!! Might even look into buying all new dishes to match.

"good enough"
The quality is not as good as the bowls we originally bought 15 years ago. They used to be made in America, but not anymore. The porcelain is a little off color and the weight is lower. I could tell instantly when unboxing it and even weighed it on my kitchen scale to confirm my suspicions! That being said, it's "close enough" as a replacement for a broken one. Would love it if Lenox could continue to make these in the US, as that was a factor that drew me to this brand in the first place. Will probably rethink buying future items from Lenox because of this.

Unannounced Change to Tin Can Alley Line
These are now made of porcelain rather than bone china. These are not identical to the tin can alley plates I bought a decade ago and a year ago. They are slightly thicker, heavier, and clunkier.
