Poor packaging

Like the other review that the packaging is awful. The box is so thin, there’s no foam placed at the bottom of the box to prevent the plate being shattered. Expensive item with cheap packaging. No choice but return the item.

packaging is awful and two plates broke

I bought these dishes in April as a gift and have left them in my kitchen in the box until now and was devastated to realize the packaging was terrible and two of my plates broke. Both of the plates were on the bottom and they are shattered. Now my set is incomplete. I wish there was a way to just get new plates instead of buying a completely new set. I’m disappointed in the order even though I think the dishes that arrived in tact are beautiful.
