Second quality

The quality of the items is not the same as those from the original Lenox website. I've just received a set #2 directly from Lenox, and it is so accurate and detailed. I wonder if Macys sent me the second quality set. Very frustrating.

Disappointing Customer Service

Lenox Spice Village Ordered all four sets of 6; this one (set 4) was cancelled from my order, but the four sets I ordered for my daughter in law were shipped two days later along with my other two sets. I called multiple of times but was told they had no more in stock. One house arrived with a small chip in the lid.
