Delivered Broken in Pieces

So wanted to give this as a gift. It was thrown in box with no packing. Not up to my expectation of Macy's service. My friend did reported it to Macy's and received aa gift card as a replacement. Still it's not the same. je

This product arrived with broken glass. Even wrapped in styrofoam and thin tissue paper. Disappointed. I was looking forward to this.

Absolutely Beautiful Winter Decor

This is absolutely beautiful! The best thing I love about this is light up decor, is it can be kept out all winter. The first one that was shipped was broke during shipping, so it may be the best to buy in the store.

Disappointed

This was bought as a Christmas gift, I wasn't able to track it for about 5 days after I purchased it, the gift arrived in pieces. I had to call Customer Service which was a joke and very frustrating, needless to say I will not be shipping anything from Macy's.
