UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

I placed an order on Dec. 7th. On Dec 9th my daughter called me with a new address. I called Macy's customer service for the change of address immediately. The representative had to process a cancellation because the gift was being shipped by a third party and he was unable to change the shipping destination. I received 2 emails from Macy's advising "Address Change", so I thought the situation was resolved. To my surprise I also receive a UPS tracking number. The third party shipped anyway amidst the cancellation processed by the Macy's rep. I called UPS to intercept the package but they could not help because I needed the account number from the sender LENOX. UPS delivered to a wrong address, my daughter never received her gift, and I have not yet received my refund. I will never order from Macy's again. I lost my money and I lost the gift. It’s kind of small but really cute. It’s going to be a gift for someone with limited kitchen space, so the size is just right.

Cute Cookie Jar

This is much nicer in person. It is well made and heavier than I thought it would be. I like the matte finish . It goes perfect in the room with the other Star Wars stuff. It was a little expensive, but I am glad I got it
