Blades of knives getting rust spots after 2 weeks

I ordered this set and received it a little more than two weeks ago. It looked great and was a nice weight- but after about 10 days of use, the blades of the knives are getting rust spots (see photos). Is it possible that the blade are not really stainless steel?

Our knives are made from 13% chromium stainless steel, which provides the necessary hardness to maintain a cutting edge but has lower corrosion resistance compared to the 18% chromium stainless steel used for our spoons and forks, which offers better corrosion resistance.

Quality Subpar

I originally bought this set for 12 around 20 years ago. Through the years my sons lost several pieces so I decided to purchase a new set through Macys. However, the quality of the new set is far lower than the original set. You can easily bend the forks on the new set but you can’t bend the forks at all on the old ones. The new forks are also thinner (see pic). Shame on Lenox for changing the quality of the exact same item!!!!!!

Very pretty - not as heavy as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very lovely flatware. We did expect that it would be heavier in the hand. Nonetheless, it's perfect for casual meals and our beach house.
