wine glasses are chipped , we need to go to macys for return, excchange or refund, once we have time. same work ,duble time

The wine glasses arrived broken. They were not properly packed. They are beautiful however I ordered 3 sets and four of the glasses arrived shattered. Overall Rating is 5 stars. Packaging 0.
