Kids Water Bottle

I ordered this item for my 4 year old granddaughter. The item was advised as a kids stainless steel water bottle. When it arrived it was a glass water bottle. My granddaughter accidentally dropped it and it turned out to be glass thus shattering glass on the floor which is very dangerous for a 4 year old. I phoned customer service to replace the water bottle but he couldn't tell me what address he would have it shipped to. My granddaughter's address or my billing address. So I had to cancel and ask for a reimbursement.
