Wobbly. Unsafe.

The final assembled product is wobbly. Sways like jello.

Incomplete Package

I received the box with the plates but not the connecting rod. I did not notice until I was about to use it which was past the 60-day window. So Macys says too bad, there is nothing to be done.

Assembly

The 3 Tiered Sever is beautiful. Assembly was challenging because there were no instructions. Found a tutorial online showing how to assemble. There was a screw, washers (1 large and 2 small) and 6 cushions. The bottom (screw) and top (handle) were obvious but the rest not so much. And after much adjustment was able for it to sit flat on the table.

Wobbly

It’s beautiful, but wobbly. My husband said that maybe buying wider washers might help stabilize it.

Very disappointed

I am very disappointed. It is very pretty but we could not get it to stand straight up without using some extra materials. The bottom plate was wobbly.
