very cheap lid

Looks cute but the lid is so cheap it makes loud noise to lock and unlock!! Doesn’t even close perfectly to keep the drink warm! Disappointing!

liquid drips from this mug it’s bad quality

It’s total waste of money don’t buy it , the liquid drips even when the lid is closed completely Doesn’t keep the liquid hot even if you decide to adjust with the loose lid

It sweats and doesn’t keep beverages cold. Same as keeping it in the refrigerator.

Nie speaker gift

I was very pleased with this mug. I bought two of to be given as thank-you mementos to two Master Gardeners who will be addressing our Nature Club. They are attractive and light weight, and having the Lenox logo adds a note of pride in the quality of the gift.
