Buyer beware

This collection is beautiful but the packaging and shipping was HORRIBLE! Whoever packaged it - be it Lenox or Macy’s - put 1 pack of bowls and 1 pack of plates in a HUGE box with one strip of the big air-filled packs. The box arrived with a terrible clinking sound coming from the bowls - they were obliterated! Amazingly enough, the plates were not harmed. But when I tried returning the bowls they wouldn’t do an even exchange and just issued a gift card - but now they are more expensive. Terrible customer service, from top to bottom. But the plates themselves are beautiful, but if I can’t get a set, not worth it.

Double handle nice

I like everything about these bowls they’re good quality and they’re not too heavy and they’re very attractive. Wish I would’ve got two more.

Buy on sale.

I love these bowls!! They’re oversized but that’s okay. I like the shape because soup doesn’t slosh over the sides easily and they’re great for a salad too. I bought them on sale because I think they’re overpriced otherwise.

Very nice, smaller than I thought

These are nice bowls - I have 2 sets. Pricey, but nice. Still not sure though - I thought they would be larger than they are for holding 20 ounces, but other than that, they look awesome (I use this pattern all winter), and the trees at the bottom of the bowl certainly helps little ones finish their morning cereal!

Balsam Lane is where youd like to be!

Pretty porcelain plates to use all winter! The trees are whimsical, one has a cardinal in it. The house is adorable, outlined in gold. Little gold stars in the sky.
